Order Processing Times

Standard and Ground Shipping Orders

Orders placed through StefansSoccer.com typically take 1-3 business days to process. Orders placed after Friday, 12:00 p.m. CT and before Monday, 8:00 a.m. CT will begin being processed Monday at 8:00 a.m. Every effort will be made to get your order processed as quickly as possible. 

Expedited Shipping Orders (UPS 2DAY & UPS Overnight)

You can select: Next Day Air, 2nd Day or 3 Day Select Shipping during checkout.

Orders placed to ship via express services will ship via express service selected after order processing time listed above.

Product Availability

There is a small possibility that an item you purchased is unavailable. In the event that this occurs, you will be notified as soon as possible.

Return Policy

 

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • All returned or exchanged items must be in original condition with original tags and packaging. Used or damaged items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • If you make a partial return, we'll adjust any discounts that had been applied proportionally and refund you accordingly.
  • Stefans Soccer will cover the return shipping costs, and refund any initial shipping costs, if the return is a result of our error (for example, if you received an incorrect or defective item). Reimbursement for shipping costs will not be covered by Stefans Soccer for any returns or exchanges in which Stefans Soccer are not at fault.

Returns & Exchanges Instructions

1) EXCHANGES: Visit stefanssoccer.com to see if the item(s) are available. If available, please place a new order. This will secure the item(s) and expedite the shipping process. Once the original item is received, we will process a refund.

2) MAIL A RETURN TO STEFANS SOCCER:

Box up the item(s) with all original tags / packaging and ship your package to:

  •  All original tags and packaging must be included.
  •  Please include this Packing Slip for fast processing.
  •  For your security, return product(s) with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS) and retain your tracking number.
  •  Stefans Soccer is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Please allow: transit time for Stefans Soccer to receive your return (2 - 7 business days); for processing upon receipt (1 - 3 business days); for the bank to process our refund request (3 - 5 business days)

 

Defective Merchandise

There are two types of defective products: one that arrives in a defective state (example: a soccer ball that doesn't hold air) or one that experiences abnormal wear in a short period of time (example: a pair of cleats showing signs of sole separation within the first couple months of use).

Defective returns are handled slightly differently based on the item. If you received a defective item straight out of the box, simply email contact@stefanssoccer.com explaining the situation, and we'll email you a return label to ship the item back to us so that we can replace it. If we no longer have the item in stock, you will have the option to receive a full refund or swap the item with something of equal or lesser value.

For items that were received, and then used, the process is as follows:

If you purchased a pair of goalkeeper gloves or cleats that are showing noticeable signs of wear within a short period of time, take a few pictures of the item and send them to the email address above (along with your order number) so that we can review your claim. A customer service specialist will respond within 1-2 business days.

FOOTWEAR
For Nike, Adidas, Puma, Under Armour or New Balance footwear purchases made within the last 30 days, please email images of the item to contact@stefanssoccer.com and Stefans Soccer will review your claim.

If your defective claim is approved, we'll either swap them out with the same exact pair (depending on if that item is in stock) or issue store credit in the full amount paid at the time of purchase.

Please follow the instructions below for all footwear purchases that do not fall within the specified timeframe above.

Nike Footwear
For all Nike footwear purchased more than 30 days ago, please follow the instructions below.

Go to Nikeclaims.com:
- Scroll to the bottom and select ‘Footwear’
- Scroll to the bottom and click ‘Agree’
- Fill out the form and click ‘I Agree’
- Click ‘Confirm’

Adidas Footwear
For all adidas footwear purchased more than 30 days ago, please follow the instructions below.

Go to the adidas claims website:
- Enter your information
- Under 'Reason' select Product Quality Claim
- Attach images of the item
- Click 'Send'

Stefans Soccer uses UPS Ground for all standard shipments. 

* Shipments cannot be sent to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses.

Express Shipping

Do you need Express Shipping? No problem.

Unfortunately we are unable to process orders with a P.O. Box delivery address. 

Order Status

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. You will also be e-mailed a tracking number once your order has shipped. For additional questions regarding order status, please e-mail contact@stefanssoccer.com.

Taxes

Sales tax rates will be calculated based upon your shipping address based upon corresponding current state and county tax rates.
