What forms of payment do you accept?

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay (also with installments). The total will be charged to your account when the order is shipped.

Can I cancel my order?

Most orders can be cancelled if they have not shipped. Customized jerseys cannot be cancelled once the order goes into process. To see if an order can be cancelled, email contact@stefanssoccer.com with cancel and the order number in the subject heading.

What happens if an item I ordered is unavailable?

In order to provide you with the best possible selection we offer product inventory from our warehouses. On the rare occasion that we do not have the inventory to fill your order we will either offer you an alternative product as a substitute or issue a refund.

Can I pick up my order in store?

As of September 9, 2024, in-store pick-ups are no longer available. This change is due to our primary fulfillment warehouses no longer being located in the state of Wisconsin. We understand this may be inconvenient for some customers, but we hope our expanded selection and enhanced fulfillment process will provide an even better shopping experience.

Why was I charged sales tax on my order?

Stefans Soccer charges sales tax based on your location's state and county sales tax rates. The applicable rate will be calculated at checkout according to the laws of your state.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Stefans Soccer processes all orders between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm (EST), Monday through Friday. Most orders are processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days. We might however experience longer processing times during peak season (up to 3 business days)

Where can I find a sizing guide?

Sizing guides can be found on our Sizing Guides Page. These are general guidelines and are not specific to each style. Due to differences in styles and personal preference of fit, the sizing guides may not always be accurate.

I placed a pre-order for an item that cannot be shipped right away. Will the rest of my order be held?

Yes, any order that includes a back ordered item will not be processed until all items are available. If you do not want to wait for the in stock product to ship until the back ordered item is available please place a separate order.

Can I place an order over the phone?

StefansSoccer.com orders are only able to be ordered online. To place an order over the phone, you can call any of our retail locations and work directly with a sales associate.

Can I have an order shipped to a P.O. Box?

Unfortunately Stefans Soccer will no longer be shipping to P.O. Box addresses.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order is shipped you will be sent a shipping confirmation with tracking info. This info can be used to track your purchase through UPS.com

Do you ship internationally?

No, we are only able to ship to addresses in the United States.

What is your return policy?

All Stefans Soccer locations and StefansSoccer.com accept returns on most new/unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase. For a more detailed version of our return policy, please visit our Returns/Exchanges page.

Can I return product and exchange for another product?

We are unable to do exchanges on orders returned through the mail. Return the item(s) you do not need or want for a refund and order the new item(s) you want. 

Can I make returns or exchanges at your retail stores?

Unfortunately no, all Stefans Soccer web orders must follow the StefansSoccer.com Return Policy. All sales are final on customized products like licensed jerseys with a player name and number and cannot be returned or exchanged.

I returned an item, how long before I receive my credit?

It may take 7-10 business days for the credit to show up on your credit card statement.

I returned a defective item, how long before I receive my credit?

On approved returns of defective merchandise you will receive a merchandise credit for the full purchase price of the item plus the cost of ground shipping. It may take 7-10 business days for the credit to show up on your credit card statement.

Can I return or exchange customized product?

All sales are final on customized products like licensed jerseys with a player name and number and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Can I return or exchange clearance items?

All sales are final on clearance items.
