Job Details:

Stefans Soccer is seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Manager to join our marketing team. Are you passionate about social media and knowledgeable about soccer? This position will be responsible for developing and implementing a social media strategy to reinforce our brand and increase our online presence to improve marketing and sales efforts. You will work closely with our Marketing Director to ensure that all social media activities are aligned with our overall marketing and brand goals. Other responsibilities to support marketing and retail efforts will also be required.

Daily Duties Include:

• Work daily with the Marketing Director to develop a social media plan/content that reinforces the Stefans Soccer brand.
• Manage all aspects of the Stefans Soccer social media program (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok). The following is a portion of what is expected in this role and is not only limited to the bullet points below: o Store news and announcements o Showcasing new products (cleats, balls, jerseys, equipment, etc…) o Online and In-Store promotions o Partnerships/Collaborations o Responding to customer inquiries
• Create, edit, and publish other meaningful, engaging content that was not listed above on a daily basis.
• Other retail and e-comm support may be required.
• Communicate effectively, timely, and professionally across all platforms with customers, followers, and other social media partners (ex: Forward Madison FC). Also needs to be able to answer customer questions/concerns on the fly and provide excellent customer service.
• Understand trends in social media as well as soccer specialty in order to leverage them effectively.
• Collaborate with retail, team, and sales departments in order to help grow brand exposure through the use of social media.
• Create a content calendar in order to stay organized and up to date on new product launches or other timely events (tournaments, big match ups, etc…)
• Event planning and staffing with the marketing team.
• Some minimal work outside of regular work hours will be required.

Skills & Qualifications

Requirements
• Social media work experience required
• Knowledge of soccer and basic knowledge of soccer specialty product
• Basic knowledge of product photography/videography
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Basic knowledge of photo and video editing
• Great communication skills
• Organization and time-management skills
• Great ability to work by yourself or in a team environment
• Detail oriented

• Compensation: Based on experience, range $38,000-$48,000 annually.

Job Description:

Stefans Soccer is looking for a results-driven retail store manager to be responsible for the overall store management. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively. If you are passionate about customer service and want to be part of a team with a long history of success, then Stefans Soccer may be the place for you.

Daily Duties Include:

• Ensure that your store achieves company objectives and KPI goals
• Lead an operationally sound business by balancing company policies, procedures & shrink/loss prevention
• Recruit, develop and train top talent who are sales and customer focused
• Set the example and ensure the team is providing an exceptional shopping experience to customers of all ages
• Implement merchandise strategies while also providing a clean, consistent, and inviting store environment that inspires customers to shop
• Maintain an effective and open line of communication with Stefans Soccer management & support teams
• Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits, etc.
• Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
• Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc)
• Teach and uphold Stefans Soccer’s code of conduct and business model

Job Details:

Stefans Soccer is looking for a responsible, assertive and hardworking individual to join our staff. We are looking for someone with knowledge of the Milwaukee area soccer community and experience in the soccer market, to grow and expand Stefans Soccer’s market share in the area. Work with area organizations to provide excellent customer service to meet their needs and budgets.

Daily Duties Include:

• Maintain current customer base in the Milwaukee area soccer community & develop new business
• Provide excellent customer service in person, over the phone, & via e-mail
• Work with the major vendors to perform sales activities for club accounts
• Help provide forecasts for purchasing, scheduling, and projected sales revenue
• Enter sales orders & verify availability of product
• Provide quotes for potential customers
• Maintain quality service by following Stefans Soccer standards
• Effectively communicate with co-workers and supervisors in Brookfield office

Skills & Qualifications

• Knowledge of persons & organizations in the Wisconsin soccer community is a plus
• Strong communication & people skills—in person, on the phone or via e-mail
• Prior soccer market sales experience preferred
• Hard working
• Reliable
• Detail-oriented
• Great ability to work by yourself or in a team environment

Hours / Benefits / Compensation:

This is a full time position. Hours are mostly weekdays Mon – Fri, however some nights and weekend days might be necessary for sales presentations or other events.
Benefits include: PTO, Paid Holidays, 401K and health insurance
Compensation: Based on experience, Range $40,000 - $50,000 annually.
