  • Perform Quality Control checks on apparel that has been personalized for customers.

Full time HR position

Successful applicant would partner with leadership to align efforts in the following areas:

  • Oversee the recruitment, new hire, on-boarding processes and orientation to ensure a fully staffed store and departments.
  • In conjunction with the Store Managers and Management Team ensure all Team Members both new and existing receive and complete assigned training.
  • Maintain strategies for employee retention.
  • Create and maintain a consistent co-op and intern program so that the company has a continual reserve for developing talent for promotion.
  • Establish and coordinate in-house training programs that address company needs.
  • Manage the Time and Attendance process to ensure that all Team Members are scheduled properly.
  • Manage all administrative processes related to store employment including workflow, terminations, new hire processing, store employment files, employment verifications, etc.
  • Oversee and manage store level Legal and Compliance related issues.
  • Work with the Store Manager and Management Team to ensure that the Stefans Soccer Values are taught, modeled and in place within the store.
  • Be a sounding board and objective party for the Store Management Team to leverage when making people and business decisions.
  • Provide a safe and objective open door for all Team Members to discuss issues and concerns they may have related to the stores and their roles and their performance.
  • Oversee the performance management process and partner with Management in handling performance reviews.
  • Travel between stores and warehouse to assist in all personnel issues and training.
  • Perform ad hoc requests and assist with special projects and other initiatives as needed. This is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities.
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including some nights and weekends. Work hours are typically 9am to 5pm Mondays-Fridays.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management or related field.
  • 2+ year of experience in an HR administration role.
  • PHR preferred.
  • Experience with Google and Gmail, MS Office Suite
  • Experience with staff recruitment and hiring

Full time Marketing/Social Media Manager

  • Work closely with Retail Merchandise Manager & Team Division staff to develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels and sales teams
  • Create, oversee production & distribution of marketing materials
  • Develop and implement strategies for social media platforms
  • Update company website to reflect changing product and marketing initiatives
  • Design & develop marketing materials
  • Draft press and media releases; liase with public relations & media contacts
  • Collect & analyze sales data to prepare marketing reports

  • Liaise and correspond with outside vendors and suppliers
